Extract from Conditions of Sale

The title of the goods shall not pass on to the customer until payment has been made of the full contract price. In the case of non payment, we shall be entitled to repossess or trace the goods or the proceeds of sale in the hands of the customer or in the hands of any liquidator or receiver.
